The University of Madeira hosted the AGROSUS Project Co-validation Workshops in Madeira. This important event gathered farmers, government technicians, stakeholders, and researchers for two insightful days of collaboration and knowledge exchange on February 4th and 24th, 2025.

The workshops, led by Fabrício Macedo, Carla Ragonezi, and Miguel Ângelo de Carvalho from the University of Madeira, presented the results of the first year of trials focused on controlling weeds in vine and custard apple crops.

Participants engaged in lively discussions, exploring the findings and their potential impact on sustainable farming practices in the region. We continue to improve agricultural practices and support local communities in Madeira.
